Contest Terms & Conditions

Main Mercantile occasionally will host drawings for a variety of merchandise.

All drawings or contests are for enjoyment only.  Unless otherwise stipulated a purchase is not required to be entered into a drawing.  Some of our contests are dependent on a minimum purchase to participate.

Personal information may be collected during any or all of our contests.  Main Mercantile will not sell or otherwise distribute any personal information without consent of the owner. We may use any personal information to send updates and information about our business.  Customers may opt out of receiving follow-up correspondence by sending a request to 107mainmercantile@gmail.com.

Any prize awarded is considered a donation to the store and to the winner.  There is no monetary or replacement value associated with any prize/award.  No prize or award may be "returned" or "exchanged" for any reason.

It is the sole responsibility of prize winners to claim their prize(s) within the specified contest timeframe. Unclaimed prizes or awards, by the specified date, typically 10 calendar days, if not otherwise stipulated, will be entered into another prize pool and awarded to another qualified entrant in the same or future contest.

Main Mercantile reserves the right to cancel, postpone or otherwise cancel any contest or drawing without notice.

Other rules and regulations may be enforced or created at the discretion of Main Mercantile.
